JT Digital d.o.o. builds and operates StorySell System for us.

For business use only

StorySell System is a tool for brand owners, marketplace sellers and agencies. You may use it only for purposes related to your trade, business or profession, and by accepting these terms you confirm that you do. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company. StorySell System is not offered to consumers, and you must be at least 18 to use it.

The service

StorySell System reads the product materials you give it and uses AI models to write sales strategies, listing copy and briefs for designers. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page at the time you buy it.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has used your account. An account is for one person unless your plan includes more seats, and you are responsible for activity that happens under it.

Plans and prices

• Without a plan: an account can add one product and see how ready its material is. Writing a strategy needs a paid plan.
• Single Story: a one-off payment for one product, up to three strategy versions and 30 days of workspace access from payment. After the 30 days the workspace becomes read-only. If you buy a yearly plan within those 30 days, the Single Story price is credited against it automatically and the product moves into the plan.
• Yearly plans (Hero, Storyteller and Guide): paid a year in advance. Each quarter adds a set number of products to your allowance; products you don't use carry over until the plan renews, and the count then starts again. Each product includes up to three strategy versions.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include VAT or other taxes, which are added where the law requires.
• Discounts and promotions apply as stated when we offer them, one per purchase. A plan we give you at no charge, for example as a beta tester, runs for the period we tell you and does not renew.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price, so you can cancel before it applies.

Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. A yearly plan renews automatically for another year at the end of each paid year, at the price then in force, unless you cancel before the renewal date shown on your Billing page. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and your plan keeps running meanwhile; if it still cannot be collected, the plan ends and your workspace becomes read-only.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a yearly plan at any time from your Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan keeps running until the end of the year you have paid for, and your workspace then becomes read-only. Read-only means your products and strategies stay readable, but you cannot add products or write new versions.

Payments are non-refundable, including for products or time you have not used, except where these terms say otherwise or the law requires a refund.

Our guarantees

The Clarity guarantee (Single Story) and the Designer-Ready Guarantee (Hero, Storyteller and Guide) work the same way: if a strategy StorySell System writes for you is not clear enough to act on, or not ready to hand to a designer, tell us within 30 days of it being written and we will rework it with you, at no extra charge, until it is. The guarantees promise rework, not money back, and they do not promise any sales or ranking result.

Your content

Everything you upload or enter (product materials, links, brand and product facts) stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to host it, process it with AI models (including through the providers named in our Privacy Policy), show the results back to you, and let our team look at it when you ask for help or a reworked strategy: nothing more.

You confirm that you have the rights to the materials you upload and the pages you ask us to fetch, that they contain nothing unlawful, and that any personal data in them is there lawfully.

What StorySell System writes for you

You may use the strategies, copy and briefs StorySell System writes for your own or your clients' products, commercially and without credit to us, and we claim no rights in them. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to what others receive. Review it before you use it, and check that it meets the rules of the marketplaces you sell on and the law that applies to your product claims. We do not promise any sales, ranking or conversion result.

A strategy page you share by link is visible to anyone who has the URL, so share links deliberately.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve StorySell System without owing you compensation or attribution. This never includes selling or publishing your content.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use.
• Do not probe, overload or attempt to break the service, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
• Do not scrape the service, access it by automated means, resell access, or use it to build a competing product or dataset.
• Do not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, its prompts or its methodology.

Our intellectual property

The StorySell System software, its methodology, prompts and templates, and the StorySell System name and brand belong to Salto Innovation or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is in good standing, and no other rights in it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep StorySell System available and accurate, but it is provided as is and as available, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve and change features; if a change removes something central to a paid plan before its term ends, we will tell you in advance. Keep your own copies of the materials you upload.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, sales, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of StorySell System. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using StorySell System and delete your account at any time from the Account page; deleting it does not refund any payment. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid, or when the law requires it. If we close your account for any other reason, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused part of a prepaid plan. The Privacy Policy describes what happens to your data afterwards.

Beta testers

If you joined StorySell System through its beta program, you have free access for the period stated in your invitation, and taking part includes giving the feedback you agreed to in your application. After that period these terms apply to you like anyone else.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Hungary, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes belong to the court competent for our registered seat.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as StorySell System evolves. We will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.

General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over StorySell System, and will tell you if we do. Questions about these terms go to contacto@saltoinnovation.com.
